Practical Completion Inspection occurs when the builder has completed the house and is ready to hand it over. Once the builder has completed the tasks as per the contract, the builder notifies the buyer to conduct a Practical Completion Inspection. In Western Australia, it can be conducted in two stages: PCI 1st and PCI 2nd.
